Cookies Policy
Draft UK-focused policy for initial launch. Not legal advice.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences.
2. Cookies/local storage we use
This list reflects current behaviour in the app. It may change as features evolve.
- Authentication/session: Supabase authentication may store session information in cookies and/or browser storage to keep users signed in.
- Child session: we may store a child_session identifier in local storage and a cookie to support child-mode access.
- Game zone lock: a cookie such as child_gamezone_locked may be used to keep a selected child context while browsing games.
- Theme: we store your selected theme in your account profile (database field: users.theme).
We do not currently include third-party analytics cookies by default. If analytics are added in future, we will update this policy and (where required) request consent.
3. How to manage cookies
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. You can also clear local storage through your browser’s site data settings. Disabling essential cookies may stop parts of the Service from working (for example, sign-in and child session features).
4. Contact
For questions about cookies or privacy, use the in-app “Report” button.
